Our Christmas break is officially over! Taylor and Tori left for school yesterday. Tristyn and I started school today. No more staying up late watching Downton Abbey for me. The real world is back!
December is just a wonderful memory. I thought I would share just a small portion of Christmas season. Do you ever feel like you are just about to burst with happiness because of how blessed you are? Well, that’s how I feel!
Is the anything more precious than a child reading the Bible? No, I don’t think so.
Every year the girls wait on the stairs until we tell them they can come downstairs. We are waiting for my dad to show up. I love that even though Taylor and Tori are in college, they still want to wake up at the crack of dawn and keep the same traditions.
Someone asked Taylor what she got for Christmas. Her answer, “A really cool coffee mug!” I had to laugh. We bought her other gifts, but that’s what stands out. She LOVES her coffee…and coffee mugs! Like mother, like daughter! (It was a really cool mug!)
Just to make the day even more perfect, the Lord blessed us with snow in Texas!
(I’m still working on the glitches from switching over my blog from Blogger to WordPress. I hope to have all my pictures back soon.)
